At the consent of the family of Nora Payne, this video may be used with intent to publicly identify Nora Payne as a Clearer repost of the last extensive footage of singer/songwriter Nora Payne in 2006. On September 27th, 2017, Nora was last seen at Chicago O'Hara Airport and was reported missing shortly afterwards. Thanks to all the help recieved in this time we were able to locate her safely. even today, we still celebrate her career and prayvto see her in this light again
